Hi tutor,
M/J 2019, Q21, to calculate NRV, why the answer doesn't include goodwill? is it because internally generated? Is it similar to retained earning ( not included in equity when calculating MV of a business?)

6y ago#1If the company is liquidated then the assets are sold separately and the goodwill will be worth nothing if the company is closed.
