Hi,

In part (i) of the question, can you kindly tell me how they got the figures for the total quality costs KPI? I cant seem to figure it out.

Cheerful:

Variable costs = $20/unit, 1.12 m sold so total variable costs = 22.4
Fixed costs = 6

Total = 28.4

Similarly for Posh.
