    Hi
I was wondering if you could tell me if there are any past questions available on Lewin’s 3 step model…I cant see any in the exam kits. Did it not ever come up on P3 exams?
Also….is it possible to get a question on SBL on the 4 step process for choosing a software package?

I’m not aware of a specific requirement to use the 3-step model. P3 often did not specify a model and and SBL almost certainly will not.

There is nothing specific in the SBL syllabus about choosing software.

    Hi
Thanks for your help. So there is no question available where a student can practice applying Lewins model to a scenario?

Not that I can find. There were plenty of questions on change management but they all mentioned ‘contextual features’ which was a hint for you to use B&HH.
