If we are not at main residence and we have let it. However, our absence will be part of deemed period of occupation as we have (36 months or 3 years relief). We went back residence and sold.
Will be letting relief on deemed period of occupation or it is necessary for us to be at residence physically?
Thank you.
If you are not resident then you cannot have letting relief at all. The rules have changed
Even if we have met any deemed period condition?
And is this valid for march 2023 or june 2023 onwards?
even if
you must be in residence
