If you're wanting to know which topics are "most important" for the exam - the approach to examining the syllabus in the Study Guide https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f9/syllabus-study-guide.html says: "The two 20-mark questions will mainly come from the working capital management, investment appraisal and business finance areas of the syllabus. The section A and section B questions can cover any areas of the syllabus."
