My *former* learning provider gets to know about my results every single time and posts my results everytime ..I’m not even studying with them..Even after telling them everytime they keep on doing this..First of all i dont even know how do they get to know

Can you please tell a solution to this?
They portray as if im their student on social media even if im not!!!

But how do they still get to know about my results? I know Gold and platinum ALP gets to know but I dont even study under them.
Isn’t there any opt out?

Yes, so if you have written to the college and requested that they remove your personal details from their files so they are no longer obtaining your results through ACCA’s results service to ALPs, you should report the matter to ACCA directly.
