Please, advise which publisher is better for F7? Do I need text and Kit or only Kit?Is reading the textbook preferable rather than listening to lectures alone?

For this subject you need the revision kit, and I always recommend the study text as it will contain plenty of highly useful examples and questions for you to attempt. The more question practice that you get the better prepared that you will be.
I'd recommend that you listen to the lectures and work the questions and examples, if you then get stuck then please ask your questions on here. I'd not recommend reading the text book unless there is something that you really do not fully understand.
