Loving these lecturers. You are a fantastic lecturer and make studying law actually a bit of fun!One question (re: https://opentuition.com/acca/lw/trading-certificates-lifting-the-veil-acca-corporate-and-business-law-lw-eng/) at 5.10 in this video you refer to a previous lecture where you identified the differences between being a partnership and a company using the mnemonic LEARN FAST RATS. Can you let me know which lecturer video this is in. I’ve been watching them all so far but cannot remember this mnemonic.
