Hii sir..
i’m a bit confused with this answer..
At the start of the year a company had 3200 workers employed. During the year 1720 workers left the company. At the end of the year there were 2000 workers employed.
A. 46%
B. 66%
C. 20%
D. 40%
The answer given is 20%. i’m not being able to figure out my error. i’m getting 66%..
can u show me how come the answer is 20%.

Over the year 1720 left, but the total number employed only fell my 1200.
That means that 520 of the leavers were replaced.
The average number of employees is (3200+2000)/2 = 2600
So the turnover rate is 520/2600 = 20%
