Keshi Co December 2014 Question 2

Dear Sir, Regarding the Question 2 in December 2014 ,Keshi Co. Question 2 (a) If the company uses interest rate swap to hedge its interest, can I directly take this calculation as my answer? (5.5% minus 0.46 %= 5.04%) as my answer? because the answer is too long. Thanks!
