i have P3 2007/08 Kaplan text book but i’m not sure it applicable for 2010 syllabus. Please advice me for any changes for P3 text book content. Whether i can use the existing book or buy a new book?

The 07/08 text-book will deal with most of the syllabus. The only thing that changes since then is the inclusion of ‘swim-lane’ diagrams in some questions. You won’t have to draw these, but they are sometimes included to describe processes which you are then asked to improve.
The examiner provided an article and information about this on the ACCA website
Make sure you look at recent exam papers too.
