Kaplan Rev Kit Q No: 17

The question is related to Porter's value chain model , in it five dimensions of strategy has been used in answer.I am confused about it as it is not given in Kaplan Text Book . So, is this 5 dimensions included in our syllabus or is it just some external source used particularly for this question .How do we handle these type of question ,is it important as per exam focus??
