Hi sir,
In the kaplan kit there are parts with a heading of (uk syllabus)
Should I ignore them as am sitting for international version?

Yes – if you look at the cover it says “INT & UK” and in the contents after the reporting questions those that are for UK syllabus only and INT syllabus only are clearly identified.
