Hi,
I have Kaplan kit of 1sep 2014-31 august 2015 is it will be fine for september 2016 attempt or do i need to get the latest kit.

It will be OK, but appreciate that the format of the exam will be different in September (you can find a specimen exam on the ACCA website).
The current edition of the exam kit will have questions in the new format.

Hi, do you stress the importance to get the F9 kit for my studies? Or the Revision Kit Live which is available on Open Tuition would be enough?

You must buy a Revision Kit from one of the ACCA approved publishers, because they have lots of exam standard questions to practice on, and practice is the most important thing of all.
