Example 1 told that when buy C,B,A additional sales will be 250. Why 250? I thought it have to be 200, because when buy C,B the addditional sales are 150 (more than 500 demand), the A is only 50 (above 500 demand) additional sales (that is 150+50 = 200). Why 250 not 200?

I am sorry but I do not have a Kaplan text book, and so I cannot help you with this example.
Have you watched my free lectures on throughput accounting?
Our free lectures are a complete course for Paper F5 and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well. If you are watching our lectures (using our free lecture notes) then you do not really need a text book. All you do need is a Revision/Exam Kit, because they contain lots of exam-standard questions to practice on, and practice is vital.
