    Hi Ken,

I am working on this question for your reference: https://www.acowtancy.com/exams/acca-apm/cbe-question/jan-2025-genuine-1i-t?fsid=62b0d05ec4b37118e08052f82c544e604e897962

It asked for an evaluation of the dashboard in the context of the aims and e-commerce issues of the business.

The markscheme mentions cash flow but this isnt related to the e-commerce system? its just a point they’ve made that wouldnt support them in building a better e-commerce system.

i appreciate im literally sweating over a minor point but I wanted to ask anyway as I didnt have too many points on the e-commerce issues in general so missing the cash flow point may be risky.

My question is, why is cash flow mentioned as part of the e-commerce issue? Or what should my thought process have been so that I actually thought to include it?

Exhibit 1 mentions that the company has weak cash flow. Good cash flow is vital for the survival of businesses and I think the model answer makes a fair point that you should want any performance reporting system to report on that.
