Mmshstudent9y ago
Hi everyone, I have started counting down to June 2017 results. Left only 15 more days!!! How are you guys feeling now??
Mmshstudent9y ago#1
I'm a finalist waiting for P2, P6 & P7 results!! Full of anticipation now :D

Ooo. I'm waiting on F8 & F9. How did you find taking 3 at once? I've been told I'd be daft to take P2 with anything else but I want to get them done!

It was stressful but it was manageable as I studied full time. In my opinion, i think it is possible to take P2 with P7. P7 Section A is FRS based and it will be much easier if you have P2 FRS knowledge. This will be a good combination if you would like to take more than one paper at once. By the way, how did you find F8 & 9 paper?

I am a finalist as well... I am so nervous. Wrote P7 and I am keeping my fingers crossed...

Good luck to you! How was the P7 paper? I actually find the paper relatively easier in overall compared to past year papers, but i find the audit risk in Q1 tough as there was too little info in the case study...

Yes! This question has had me thinking since after the exam because I'm not sure I wrote enough for it. Sigh. I'm just praying for 50.

I'm pretty sure that we are not the only one who feel this way. Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that the markers will be more lenient!

Definitely!!! I will have you in my prayers... How did you manage with 3 professional level papers though? What are your thoughts on the other 2?

I was a full time student and i was able to allocate 10 hours everyday to concentrate on my studies. It was also possible as i have no work related stuff to stress about. When i was a part time student, i only managed to take maximum of 2 papers per sitting. For P6, i took Singapore tax variant, which is very different from UK tax. As for P2, it was truly a beast. I was glad that SOFP came out, but qn 2 & 3 was really a disaster...

I'm also a finalist, awaiting P4 results. That exam was unbelievably tricky, but hoping for the best.

Agree Samwill84. P4 is the trickiest in all of ACCA no doubt. How did it go?. I am worried about Question 1. The rest two questions i managed to do quite well with the grace of God. I pray to Almighty to grant you and me 50 marks.

I'm a finalist waiting on P5 and P7, I'm really hoping I have made the 50% on both, but P5 was a horrible paper. It always feels like such a long wait! Fingers crossed for all waiting results

Seems like there are many finalists here! It has been a long and torturous journey, and we are now on the way towards the end of the journey. Hope there is a happy ending to it! I'm curious, do you mind sharing when did y'all started ACCA? I took my first paper on June 2015.
JJackie9y ago#17
I started mine in 2009, I was exempt from F1, F2 and F3. It has taken me this long as I had a some personal issues so took a few years out and then had a baby 3 years ago, so more time off. I will glad when it is all over with!
Jjerma9y ago#18
I too started and wrote my first three exams and then got pregnant. I took a break for four years and started back in December 2008. It has not been easy balancing a family and studies but by the grace of God I have passed P7.

I am finalist as well. Looking forward for P3, P4 and P7 results.. May God bless all of us with passing marks.

Waiting on my final exam result (P6). Exam didn't go well at all so anticipating my first fail :(. Hoping for a 50% miracle.
MMAT9y ago#21
Is there anyone who was passed unexpectedly in any professional level papers? Because most of us pray for the miracle as the result are unpredictable..

I wish I could say it went well. Section B, admittedly, was not bad, but Q1 has me worried. I have never wished for a 50 so much in all my life. Almighty guide us all, indeed.
