Hello Ken,
I do not understand the following sentence:
"Thus, as well as extending its web service, CT should consider establishing links to the front end of the process (ordering, planning) and to the back end (payment and reconciliation)"
What is the purpose behind this?
This is suggested as a way by which a company can retain its customers through CRM system.
