In this question they have given a long term bonus scheme and i understood how to calculate.
what i want to know is if for example if we had to calculate for the 2nd YEAR what would be the charge for the NCL and RE?
Hi,
Yes, we would be increasing the amounts owed and so increasing the liability and charging it to retained earnings.
