HI Sir,

Just wanted to know that the question in June2009 Q3 asks to predict Forward Exchange rate .Is this still examinable bcoz i have not come across any question like this .Can applied interst rate parity be applied to this question.

It is still examinable (although not terribly likely).
And yes – you use the formula on the formula sheet.
