I don't really understand about the answer of Jun15 Q2b).
The question asks the usefulness of the critical areas for measuring the performance of a company.
But the answer seems not talk about the related point, I don't understand, shouldn't I talk about whether this 3 areas are suitable for the measurement?
This is one of the reason I failed many times, I can't answer what the examiner asks. Please help! Thanks!
