May you please explain why we have to Debit OCE difference in Payment and NCI does it not affect Retained Earnings?

I don’t think the rule is clear cut – however, any such transaction is supposedly seen as a ‘transaction between shareholders’, so I don’t think it should be recognised as earnings. In any case the number is meaningless – comparing cash with the CA of NCI.
