Hello, can you advise regarding this sentence ? issue cost are payable out of available cash reserves? is that mean we don't have to gross up the amount always,
because in Robson question 16 ,they didn't gross up while in Tippletine question 15, same sentences was mentioned but the amount was grossed up ?
