for international stream, we use ISA or GAAS
when we mention in our sentence
should we say “as per ISA or as per GAAS”

I’ve never seen GAAS referred to in an auditing answer. Besides, only ISAs and not GAAS are mentioned in the ACCA F8 examinable documents.

Stick to ISAs (though you don’t need to quote their numbers).
