I am student and only wrote 1 exam thus far in my ACCA qualification. I moved to USA and not many opportunity available here. I am paying for subscription from last three years. This year, I did not pay my subscription therefore they blocked my account.
Is there anyway to cancel the ACCA student account without paying penalties?

As per the ACCA website, if you don’t pay your subscription fee you will be removed from the register of students. https://www.accaglobal.com/ie/en/student/getting-started/dates-and-fees.html#Registration-and-subscription-fees

To my knowledge, you cannot cancel your ACCA account. Basically, there is no cancellation but instead there is removal.
And if you wish to re-register you will have to pay the outstanding fees along with re-registration fee. There is no penalty, you just have to pay the outstanding amount.
Hope this helps.
