well i dnt think there is any such copy, until and unless someone has made a list on his/her own and is willing to share πŸ˜‰
by the way u dont really need to memorise all of the cases.. just abt 20-25 will do the trick.. and while reading from the book/ solving the revision kit, u can note down the cases and also note down the topic they relate to so that u know where to fit them in ur answer.. this way u wlll have ur own list and it will also help u to memorise the cases faster πŸ™‚

cases.pdf Open in new window to download (162.7k)

Cases at Glance.docx open in a new window to Download (42k)

Contract law.pdf (Open in a new window to download) (124.1k)

Contract law 2.pdf (Open in a new window to download) (138.6k)

    hope this helps!!!

There is a list – if you look at the back of ( for example ) the BPP study text, you’ll find hundreds of them – listed in alphabetical order!

Or, try checking out the lists at the back of the OpenTuition notes – they cover pretty much all areas of the syllabus. They are by no means a comprehensive list of ALL the cases which are relevant. But there’s no way in which you will ever learn all relevant cases!
