can I depend only on Opentuition notes, lectures and Practice.Is it enough?

Yes you can but it is highly recommended to use a revision kit as well.
And go through the OT revision lecture as well

Agreed. The revision kit is hugely important as it allows you to practise exam standard questions in advance of the real exam.
