SBLIs OpenTuition lecture notes sufficient

Hi, Is OT lecture notes sufficient to pass the SBL exam? With sufficient question practice from a revision kit? I have a study text and I feel that the content on it is way too much which makes it harder for me to remember key points. Hope someone could help me with their experience :)

At OT, we feel our notes and lectures are enough and that a study text is not necessary. This exam is very much about application, not reproduction of knowledge. Reading and learning a large text steals time you need for question practice. Do not skimp on question practice.
