No – the ACCA do not publish every exam paper any more.
After the December exam they will publish a hybrid paper containing some questions from September and some from December.

What you may find useful is the exam guidance from the examiner for F9 September 2016 as it gives you a good idea of what came up.

That is perfectly true if unied_26 only wants to know what topics were asked – that can always be found out from the examiners comments.
However he/she did ask about the exam paper itself, and obviously that is not available.
