Is it possible to get a copy of the September 2016 F9 Exam Paper?

No - the ACCA do not publish every exam paper any more. After the December exam they will publish a hybrid paper containing some questions from September and some from December.

That is perfectly true if unied_26 only wants to know what topics were asked - that can always be found out from the examiners comments. However he/she did ask about the exam paper itself, and obviously that is not available.
