Is it ok to self study next semester?

Dear sir

I took an exam for P4 last semester. Next semester I don't want to attend class. But to buy some books or notes to study by myself. It is ok to pass if I put enough effort?

Yes it is. Watch the lectures on here, study the books you have, and practice as many past exam questions as you can :)
