Is ' effective budgeting ' an examinable topic in F5? I have seen a question in the revision kit based on this topic . However , there is no mention of effective budgeting in the txt buk. Should I learn this area?

7y ago#1There is no such term as 'effective budgeting'!!!
I can only assume that the question you are referring to is something to do with budgeting being effective, in which case it would be normal used of the word effective and not referring to a specific term.
Our free lectures are a complete course for Paper PM (it is not longer called F5) and cover everything needed to pass the exam well - including the topic of budgeting.
