I have heard that sometimes obu take interview of candidate before releasing the result? Does this happens always? Or when this happens?

In some ACO cases the officer can ask for this. It depends on the facts of the case - where there is a high plagiarism score this is unnecessary as the evidence speaks for itself.
Does it also happens if mentor is in watch list?
