sir how is internally generated goodwill, brands treated in financial statements? does it come in preparing our financial statements?

Not recognised! Only recognise goodwill acquired on acquisition of a subsidiary. Brands too, but brands may also be acquired as a separate purchase and not as a result of a subsidiary acquisition Ok?
