Dear sir,
Why in some calculations we don’t need to calculate PET ??
And also if the property is not expected to increase in value in the near future there is no inheritance tax benefit in making a lifetime gift.
What does that mean ??why it’s said inheritance tax benefit?
In some questions of inheritance tax it says nil rate band has been utilised years ago by like husband or wife.So in this case what would happen to the calculation of inheritance tax ?
