However, salaries for those at the Big 4 will overtake after 2-3 years. Pros for Practice - Likely to gain a better variety of experience early in your career. - Many employers looks favourably on candidates with practice background when recruiting. - In the UK, you can study the ACA which is seen as more prestigious and is not available to most in industry.
