What does implication means in question as I get confused to see it in questions e.g planning implications,implication on audit etc What to write in professional issues

Hmmm! Try substituting the words "planning implications" with the words "how is the audit affected" or, for "implication on audit", "how is the audit affected" Alternatively, you could say "What additional matters need to be considered when planning?" (or "when carrying out the audit") Hope that helps
