Just would like to know how important is corporate reconstruction and re organisation for dec 2014 exam.
i plan on to practice past paper questions of 2013 & 2014 june. (kit questions almost solved - section a left) should this be good enough for the limited time availabe?

If you have already worked most of the questions in your Revision Kit, then yes - finish by practicing the 2013 and 2014 June papers. (The 2013 papers are more important - what was asked in June has to be a little less likely to be asked in December).
