AAI'm gonna start my re-sit preparation of F8 in Dec-15. But...

But I don't know what went wrong during June 2015 sitting. I came back to home from the exam and was very confident on getting +70 Marks as the exam was very easy to me. I did answer all the questions and not struggled too much. It seems to me that there is something very specific in my preparation which I'm lacking of. This was my methodology: -F8 BPP Exam Revision KIT (Which I found very complete) -OpenTitution Notes (Very concise and helpful to get the big picture of all the Audit process) Any advice? What I'm missing?

I understand you. I also have a feeling like I did 70+. But have doubt of how the marker will grade my paper. It is tough to do the procedure of F8 the way they want when you have an experinece in auditing and live in different country with it's own environment which is different from what is described in books. That's why people say that it is better to take F8 with clean mind. I thought the best way to prepare is practice, practice, practice such as Kaplan or BPP revision kits. But also it is beneficial to look into Eximiner's review on accaglobal website, so that you will understand how the marker will want you to answer.

hi guys did you use the bpp/kaplan study texts? or only opentuition notes, lectures n bpp kit? i want to achieve 70-80+ in this paper without using the study texts as they are too lengthy and complicated especially bpp please advice me also in terms answering qns, how should i write the answers? like the ones in BPP/kaplan? or i can write it in my own words even if they are not lengthy? please i am really worried here i m planning to sit for f8 f9 n f5 this dec, and i have just started studying

I'd use the termonology being used in ACCA past papers answers.
