Given that in 2022, the management plans to discontinue Business Line X, should I also classify profit/loss from Business Line X as discontinuing operations in 2021(Comparative) while preparing my statement of profit or loss.

Yes, that is correct. We need a like-for-like comparison to aid comparability and so we need to adjust the prior year figures.
