Referring to the calcultion of carrying amount of stadium, what are the $70, $120 and $170 relating to? Thank you in advance !

Hi, Is the $70 million the direct costs of $20 million and the first month of $50 million? I then think the additional $50 million each month then gives the $120 million and $170 million. Thanks
