Hello everyone,
I have used the ACCA exemptions calculator and got the following result:
You are entitled to the following ACCA qualification exemptions:
Business and Technology (BT)
With completion of certain subjects you are entitled to the following ACCA qualification exemptions:Course exemption With completion of the modules
FIA
You are entitled to the following FIA qualification exemptions:FBT Business and Technology
With completion of certain subjects you are entitled to the following FIA qualification exemptions:Subject exemption With completion of the modules
I don’t understand what that means. Can someone help me understand which subjects I need to complete to get the qualification? Also It is also not clear to me which one of these mentioned qualification I should receive… BT? FIA? FBT?
Please, help me!
I have a bachelor degree in Economics and Business Administration and a Master in Marketing Management, both from Italian Universities.
Thanks in advance to whom may be able and kind to help.

If you look at this page, which is the portal to resources for students, you will see that ACCA has three qualifications https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/student/exam-support-resources.html
Ignoring “DipIFR” (which is a single exam), if you click on ACCA Qualification, a list of exams will appear – the first exam is Business and Technology (“BT) – you would be exempt from this exam if you enrol in the ACCA Qualification.
Similalry, if you click on Foundation leve you will see a list of exams, one of which is Foundation in Business and Technology (“FBT”) – you would be exempt from this exam if you enrol in the Foundation level exams.
BT and FBT are exactly the same (as are FA and FFA and MA and FMA). The only reason why would enrol at the Foundation level, would be if you did not meet the minimum entry requirements for the ACCA Qualification – which you can confirm here https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/qualifications/glance/acca/minimum-entrance.html
