Hi, I am unable to access opentuition from my home laptop, I have contacted my service provider and they think that my IP address may be blocked from the site, does this ever happen?
I can access the site from my work computer.Thank you
sometimes your antivirus software can block access to the site,
what antivirus software do you use?also, some users try to rip the videos from the site, and when it is noticed, they are blocked automatically.
otherwise, you should have no problem with the access to the site
I use norton security, I haven’t had a problem accessing the site up until now, it was only Monday evening when I couldn’t access it. I mainly use it to watch online lectures and view the forums.
I think I found the problem, when my laptop is connected to the modem directly I can access the site but I can’t access the site via wireless network. I have reseted my router, as advised by my service provider and the problem was resolved for a very short time but then reoccured.
is there any way around this?
