I cannot access opentuition from my home laptop

I use norton security, I haven't had a problem accessing the site up until now, it was only Monday evening when I couldn't access it. I mainly use it to watch online lectures and view the forums.

I think I found the problem, when my laptop is connected to the modem directly I can access the site but I can't access the site via wireless network. I have reseted my router, as advised by my service provider and the problem was resolved for a very short time but then reoccured.

is there any way around this?
