I am looking to apply for the FCMA designation with CIMA

Hi, I am looking to apply for FCMA designation with CIMA and was wondering what is needed to apply for this. I can see the requirements on their website, however I am unsure of what exactly is needed to show the work experience i.e. does it need to be a CV format document that is signed off by the manager or a letter from the manager stating the position/role I have worked in etc.. If anyone who has previously applied for this could give me some feedback/information on this that would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
