I have seen past papers that the examiner asked a question on Process, for example, A chart is given in a question in which different arrows shows that this process will be proceed from Step 1 to Step 3 (let suppose), like in a call center.

My question to you is, How Can we analyze or evaluate such type of process including any duplication etc etc . ?
There in no particular approach other than using common sense – which is prrhaps not useful advice. However, look for:
Unnecessary proceses Duplication Inefficient/stupid process order Unnecessary movements of goods or information between departments/people. Try to streamline the process
