Please help me how to prepare for the paper, its my first skill paper and its a bit confusing with all the law terms. I read in some forums that practice kits all over again, but I can't practice the kit twice since I remember the correct answers already when I first go through it. Please guide me through it.

Is it necessary to learn the dates of company acts and their references of sections? For example, "Under s168 CA06, a company may by ordinary resolution remove a director before expiration of his period."
