    Sir, I know you are not examining team but you have experience and I need you answer for this please

    Examining team’s comments calculating a ratio didn’t gain full marks. An opinion such as “impressive growth” was required. Candidates should offer an opinion as to why the ratio has occurred.

    So my question is does “impressive growth” comment actually earn marks or this is typing error.

    In section C questions you will always be expected to comment on ratios and not simply just leave a figure.

    The examiner is checking that you haven’t just learned a formula but that you understand the relevant of the various ratios.

    If you look at the examiners answers to past question then at the very end you will find the marking scheme that the markers use, and you will always find that there are marks given for the comments.
