Also what do you think might come up?
Feeling OK after some wobbles earlier in the week. Hopefully I know enough to pass. Time management feels more critical than ever in this paper, some of the questions in the exam kit and mocks really ask a lot for the amount of marks, particularly some of the complex foreign NPV questions. So it will be a question of discipline and not spending too long on any one question part.
I feel that really there are 3 main topic areas: investment appraisal, business valuation and interest rate/FX hedging, and you are guaranteed to have all 3 of these to come up – one in the 50 mark question and the other 2 in the 25 mark questions. Beyond that there are smaller areas of the syllabus and anything from those may or may not come up. I don’t think it’s worth trying to guess what will be there – knowing the 3 main topic areas well and having a broad base of knowledge on the other areas should get you through.
Good luck to everyone tomorrow!
