In the model answer for the discussion of asessing IR in assisting effective communications and building relationships with the key stakeholder.The model talkin about all benefits but it is not relating the answer to the possible acquisition Of Comfi
I mean when the acquisition happpened Hilte will be benefiting from IR in this relationships with key stakeholderIf in my answer I talk about what the IR will benefit Hilte before and after acquisition and how IR will identify Hilte performance with the aquisions in many aspects like environmnet ,culture,fianance ,governance,ect
Will that be a good answer or it is out of the requirments.

Given that the acquisition of Comfi is a hot issue, I think your approach is reasonable. However, even if there were no takeover, the question could be answered more theoretically, which is the approach taken in the model answer.
I prefer your approach.
