    Hello everybody,

Could you please help me. I have failed twice in F5 and I feel very bad.
The first time was December 2015 and I got 49 the second time was March and got 40. I don’t understand what’s wrong with me.
I have been preparing with BPP the latest version of study text and kit. I have read the book twice and I believe that I understand the text very well (they don’t). The first time I found MCQ easier than the second time. The first time I wasn’t prepared about variances but the second time I covered all the syllabus and still got less scores.

Could you please help me…what should I do?

    Thank you in advance!

I passed in my first Attempt all what i did was i focused MCQs and the 10 marks questions of section B. but in General you have to cover all the contents of the syllabus.
variances is a core of F5 exams, they appear in every exam i don’t know why the examiner likes the variances.
So variances and decision techniques questions are very popular in MCQs.

My Advice is to start your Practicing last 15 days before the exam, so you have recorded any thing in your memory and you will remember during the exam.

    Thanks,
Now I’m practicing MCQ on Kaplan kit and I’m watching opentuition lectures in order to understand tricks and to be more familiar with them.

I believe that the point is to understand the trick of questions.
I was quite surprise by the answer of that we should now include relevant cost in life cycle cost? The reason that they are in different chapters is not enough for me…it is not relevant…what do you think?

    Anyway,
Let’s hope I’ll pass in June!

What really helped me for F5 was watching Mr.Moffat’s lectures on the past exams.
He goes through the entire exam, you can do the questions as he does them.
Or you can do the questions on your own, and then watch his video to see what you did wrong.
Whichever way you prefer, his exam videos are excellent help!
