a friend of mine had an accident today and his writing hand is fractured with other minor injuries he had a exam day after tomorrow, can he be provided a writer if he wants to give the exams?

How do you imagine the writer would work? your friend dictating it out loud in the exam hall? 🙂
tell your friend to call ACCA and they will give him definitive answer
